Nature of Service
Indian Vehicle Friend is a private RTO consultancy. We assist customers with the preparation and submission of RTO-related applications. We are not a government body and do not control RTO decisions or timelines.
Token & Service Fees
The token payment is a service/convenience fee that confirms your booking. Government fees, taxes and duties are separate and payable as applicable. Service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and valid, genuine documents. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent documents.
Processing Timelines
Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary based on RTO workload, inspections and government processes. We will keep you informed of material changes to your application status.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel before processing begins, applicable service fees may be refunded at our discretion. Government fees already paid to authorities are governed by their refund rules.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from RTO decisions or delays outside our control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
